Privacy Policy

Account information — When you sign up, we collect your full name, email address, and role (influencer, brand, or agency). Influencers also provide a WhatsApp phone number to connect with the AI collab bot.

Profile information — Optionally: company name, website, industry, bio, niche, platform handles (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok), follower counts, and a profile photo.

Collaboration data — Collab briefs you submit or receive through the platform, including campaign names, deliverables, payment amounts, timelines, and status updates.

WhatsApp messages — When you forward a message to the CollabPro WhatsApp bot, that message text is processed by our AI to extract collab details. We store the extracted data (brand, deliverables, payment, deadline) but do not store the raw message text beyond the processing session.

Contact lists — Brands and agencies may upload or manually enter an influencer contact list. This data is stored privately and is only accessible to the account that uploaded it.

Usage data — Standard server logs including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. We use this for security and to improve the service.

• To operate and deliver the CollabPro platform and WhatsApp bot.
• To match brands with influencers on the discovery page.
• To send you transactional emails — magic link sign-in, collab request notifications, and status updates.
• To send WhatsApp notifications about collab requests and updates (influencers only, with your consent).
• To generate invoices and earnings reports on your behalf.
• To improve AI extraction accuracy using anonymised, aggregated collab data.
• To comply with legal obligations and protect the security of the platform.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

Between users — When a brand sends you a collab request, that brand can see your public profile information (name, niche, handles, follower count). Your email and phone number are never shared with other users.

Service providers — We share data with the following sub-processors solely to operate the service:

• Supabase — Database, authentication, and file storage. Data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt) region.
• Vercel — Web hosting and serverless functions.
• Meta (WhatsApp Business API) — Delivery of WhatsApp messages. Messages are subject to Meta's own privacy policy.
• OpenAI — AI-powered extraction of collab brief details from messages. Message content is processed transiently and is not used to train OpenAI models under our enterprise agreement.

Legal requirements — We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of CollabPro, our users, or the public.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law (e.g. financial records).

Collaboration records tied to another user's account (e.g. a brand's copy of a collab request) may be retained in an anonymised form after your account is deleted.

We use only functional cookies required to maintain your authenticated session. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. No third-party tracking scripts are loaded on the platform.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. Passwords are never stored — authentication is done via email magic links (passwordless). Database access is protected by Row-Level Security (RLS) policies so each user can only access their own data.

Despite these measures, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security. Please notify us immediately at the contact address below if you believe your account has been compromised.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion — Request that we delete your account and personal data.
• Portability — Request your data in a machine-readable format.
• Objection — Object to specific uses of your data.

CollabPro is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, for material changes, notify you by email or an in-app banner. Continued use of CollabPro after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
